Free Final Salary Pension Plan
Do you want to feel your future is secure? We offer immediate membership of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group Pension Fund (from the age of 20). It costs nothing to participate and pension is based on final salary and length of service, subject to scheme rules. We are one of the very few employers still offering this benefit to new employees.

Group Profit Sharing
Through The Royal Bank of Scotland Group Profit Sharing Scheme we are proud to offer our staff an opportunity to share in the success of the Group. A discretionary cash payment, expressed as a percentage of salary, is paid annually. Individuals may choose to take up to £3,000 of their profit sharing in shares. In recent years, the scheme has delivered payments at 10% of salary.

Performance Bonus/Incentive Scheme
Rewarding performance lies at the heart of our philosophy. All of our permanent employees participate in a business specific bonus or incentive plan. Individuals are rewarded for their achievements against targets, which are set at personal, team or business level.

Holidays
Everyone needs a break from time to time. We provide holiday entitlement of between 25 and 30 days' annual leave plus 8 public holidays (entitlement is pro-rated for part time staff).

Regional Allowance
For many roles an additional cash allowance is payable to staff employed in London and a number of other specific locations in the South of England.
